The 2020 Greater Bay Area New Year Concert was staged at Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Youth Innovation and Entrepreneur Hub yesterday afternoon, demonstrating the positive mental outlook of Shenzhen residents during the construction of the Greater Bay Area and the pilot demonstration area of socialism with Chinese characteristics.

Many well-known musical artists from the mainland, Hong Kong and Macao were invited to give a high-profile performance for the audience.

The concert consisted of four chapters: "Forging Ahead in the New Era,""Building Dreams in Greater Bay Area,"" Sailing Again" and "A New Start of Qianhai."

The performance kicked off with the classical symphony "Ode to the Red Flag" and ended with the song “Ode to the Motherland.” Other classical songs like “The Story of Spring,” “O Sole Mio,” and “Pearl of the Orient” were also staged at the event.
